オーストラリア英語にはどのような特徴があるのでしょうか。 ブレンダン先生がこんな説明をしてくれました。
Of course, Australian English came from Britain.
The real Australian English like Outback and bush, came from the convict of Cockney.
Therefore it’s quite relaxed style of English, and can be some bit of rough out time.
Probably the majour one is like the ending of some words of, er.
In American English, it’s longer.
So, over, under. And the er is quite long.
And in British English it’s short and round, over, under.
And Australian like that as well.
So there is just little ones.
Most Japanese people are very familiar with some Australian saying Todai or Mondai.
Not many people speak like that.
So I have never met person who says Todai, but maybe some do. I don’t know.
