Q: What can we learn from Africa?
First of all, this thing, not depends on all the computer too much for our memory story. That is one thing.
But, you know the nature, they have a lot of wild animals, and elephants, giraffes, zebras, hippos, rhinos, you name it, everything. And even, you know, when you stay at the hotel, there are lizards, there are a lot of cute frogs, and a lot of interesting animals in the house and outside the house. They are not dangerous. But all these wild life, that is still there. And in the night, you see the stars, and fantastic stars. They are almost the biggest apples you can pick them from sky almost. And the sunset and everything.
And if you think of in our rich part of world, you know, when did you see star lights last time? You know? It should be possible even in Tokyo, but there is a lot of light pollution. We have too much light. The light is not bad, but it is depend on how to use it, right? And then you have a lot of tall buildings, right? Not only in Japan, but in Europe and the united states, that destroys sky. So we can not see the sunset. I mean when did you see sunset last time? It’s long time right between each sunset that we see. All those kind of natural wanders that we have. You don’t need to move to countryside I think. You should be able to live in a city, enjoy the city life and the culture here, but the same time be able to enjoy natural wanders like sunset and star watching and see wild animals.
When did you see wild animal in Japan last time? When did you see a… Yeah, crow, maybe. I mean this is something we have lost, I think, right? A lot of wild animals and plants means a lot of foods. And that will mean cheaper foods, more variety of foods, richer life style. That is what I believe.
