この映画のメイン・メッセージでもある”this is it”とは、どのような意味なのでしょうか。

このシーンの訳は、彼自身もここで言っている”The time has come.”「今こそその時である」と言う意味になると思います。

　また、映画の冒頭でも、バンクダンサーのMisha Gabrielさんが、”And I’ve kind of been searching for something to shake me up a little bit and give me a kind of a meaning, to believe in something. And this is it.”といっていましたね。(関連リンク⇒“shake me up”の意味は)　この場合は、「何か自分自身を奮い立たせるものをずっと探していた。そして、”これだ！”と思った」というような訳になると思います。
